Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ARLOE Wellness. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. If you have inserted the incorrect address please contact us immediately to resolve. If however the order has been processed, a delivery fee will be charged to print a new mailing address label, as each printed label is charged by Australia Post. For this reason, we ask you to carefully check all details including the mailing address before confirming your order.
Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
Although we aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible, please allow 3 - 5 business days to pack and fulfil orders, once your payment is authorised and verified. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.
Shipment Locations
We currently only ship within Australia. Please note that delivery to regional areas may take longer
Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Standard Shipping
- Same state: 2-4 business days
- Interstate: 3-6 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping are applied to orders over $120
Please note that shipping rates are set by Australia Post and shipping times are a guide.
Tracking Options
ARLOE wellness aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package via http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@arloewellness.com.au. Please note photos will need to be sent to info@arloewellness.com.au to verify claims and work with Australia Post to try and rectify the issue.
Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. ARLOE wellness politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at info@arloewellness.com.au to report a missing or lost packages. We ask you contact Australia Post with the tracking number and follow up with them, while we do the same from our end to ensure the issue can be rectified as quickly as possible.
